We maintain a private media server to host and stream exclusive baseball training content developed by Pipeline Sports Performance.

Private Media Server Terms
Access to the private media server is granted solely to registered, authorized users.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.
Payment Terms
Payments for training programs, video content, or memberships are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. All sales are final unless otherwise outlined in a separate agreement.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We enforce a $35 cancellation fee for any lesson canceled within eight (8) hours of the scheduled start time.
This fee helps ensure fairness and respect for the time of our coaches and staff.
Prepaid Services
Prepaid service credits are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
After six months, unused credits will automatically expire and are non-refundable. Catastrophic circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Pipeline Sports Performance.
Limitation of Liability
Use of our services is at your own risk. Pipeline Sports Performance, LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your access to or use of our website, blog, services, or private server content.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida.
Changes to Policies
We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
