Since 2011, Brennan has organized and led numerous coaching clinics throughout the panhandle of Florida, as well as instructed thousands of hours of both private and group lessons. He has an extensive amount of knowledge coaching every aspect of the game, and he loves to get to know each kid who walks through the door.

Coach Tyler Rebber brings four years of experience in training athletes through a variety of methods, including private lessons, personal training sessions, online programs, and team coaching. As a certified NASM group fitness instructor and Founder of Never Been Weak, his hybrid personal training business, Tyler is dedicated to optimizing athlete performance.

He emphasizes fundamental fitness principles and sport-specific training to enhance athletes' movement, power, and explosiveness, ensuring they reach their full potential on and off the field.

HITTING & INFIELD

Connor Thompson, a Pensacola native and Escambia High alum, discovered his passion for coaching post-high school. Since 2020, he's been an integral part of Pipeline, coaching travel baseball teams and providing private lessons. Connor specializes in instruction for hitting and infield, bringing a wealth of local knowledge and dedication to every session.

In addition to his coaching role, Connor graduated from the University of West Florida with a bachelor's degree in communications. He combines his academic knowledge with practical coaching expertise to enhance player development. Outside of baseball, Connor is also a licensed Real Estate Agent with Kuhn Realty, showcasing his diverse skill set and commitment to excellence in various fields.

Coach Geoff Murphy brings a wealth of experience from the Division 1 level, having competed and coached at a high level. Geoff's collegiate journey spanned from 2011 to 2015 at Boston College, where he boasted an impressive 2.76 ERA and allowed just 11 walks in 58.2 innings pitched.

During his standout final year, Geoff led the pitching staff with a remarkable 2.05 ERA across 22 innings, limiting opponents to a .195 batting average. His dedication and skill on the field culminated in a Bachelor's degree in Communications upon graduation.

HITTING, PITCHING, CATCHING

Coach Jack Simons is a Bullis High School standout, where he made his mark as a three-year varsity starter from 2008 to 2012. During his time on the field, Jack showcased his versatility, spending two years behind the plate as a catcher and one year in the outfield.

His impressive high school career earned him several accolades. In his freshman year, Jack received All-County Honorable Mention. He followed this with notable achievements in his sophomore year, earning All-Conference and All-County Second Team honors. By his senior year, Jack had solidified his status as a top player, being recognized as Pre-Season All-American and securing All-Conference and All-County Second Team honors once again.

SOFTBALL PITCHING

Anna pitched at Ole Miss in the SEC from 2017-2022. She posted a career 3.03 ERA over 335.00 innings. She holds the most saves in program history (7), the 8th most victories (23) and a school record 35-straight scoreless innings streak. Anna was named the SEC Pitcher of the Week twice, and was the Ole Miss Female Scholar Athlete of the Year in 2022. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Marketing and Communications in 2021, and earned her Master’s of Business Administration in 2022. Anna’s favorite moment during her playing career is winning the series against Tennessee on senior weekend.

Anna has been coaching since the fall of 2022. She specializes in pitching lessons that encourage proper mechanics, spin, and pitch development.

STRENGTH, SPEED & AGILITY

Nic Romero, a Pensacola native and West Florida High School alum, made his mark as an outfielder for the Jaguar Baseball Team. Following high school, Nic served in the Army and attained the rank of Lieutenant. He furthered his education by earning a Bachelor's in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University.

Post-graduation, Nic delved into the fitness industry, specializing in group classes, personal training, and strength & conditioning for athletes across various sports like golf, tennis, baseball, basketball, and soccer. His extensive certifications include NASM PES, CES, CPT, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, and TRX Instructor.

HITTING, INFIELD

Taylor Kilcoyne's passion for baseball has defined much of his life's journey. Hailing from Southside, Alabama, Taylor excelled as a two-sport athlete, earning All-County honors in both football and baseball during his time at Southside High School from 2006 to 2007. Following high school, Taylor continued his baseball journey as a first baseman at Gadsden State Community College from 2008 to 2010.

His achievements include leading the team in batting average at Gadsden State in 2010 with an impressive .328 average and hitting 4 home runs. Taylor's dedication to the sport also saw him play as a starter for one season with Athletes in Action in Nicaragua in 2010, showcasing his talent on an international stage.

CATCHING, HITTING, INFIELD

Wesley is currently a collegiate athlete whose baseball journey began at Gulf Breeze High School and led him to Division 2 at Anderson University in South Carolina. He started his collegiate career at Dyersburg State Community College, where he refined his skills on the field. Wesley shines primarily as a catcher and first baseman, earning notable accolades such as being named a 2019 Rawlings Perfect Game Preseason All American. His talent and dedication were further highlighted when he was ranked as a top 5 prospect at the 2020 Panhandle Prospect Games by PBR. In addition to his athletic achievements, Wesley's academic excellence was recognized with the 2022 Dyersburg State Baseball Academic Award, showcasing his commitment to success both on and off the field.

BASEBALL PITCHING

Coach Jack's baseball journey began at Gulf Breeze High School, where he showcased his pitching prowess and graduated in 2020. Transitioning from player to coach, Jack took on coaching roles at Gulf Breeze High School and led one of our Prime travel teams. Recently, in May 2024, Jack graduated from UWF with a degree in Software Engineering, showcasing his academic dedication alongside his coaching endeavors.
